While we provide a wide array of in-house décor and styling elements, rental items (like tables, chairs, and linens) are not included in our packages. However, we can help you source reliable rental companies that align with your vision.
It’s best to start planning at least 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. This allows you ample time to secure your preferred vendors, venues, and make thoughtful decisions without feeling rushed.
At Simply Perfect Events, we offer a range of services, including full-service wedding planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, and design services. We tailor our offerings to meet your unique needs and vision.
Our pricing is based on the specific services you require and the complexity of your event. We offer customizable packages to fit different budgets and will provide a detailed proposal after our initial consultation.
Absolutely! We have an extensive network of trusted vendors in the industry, including photographers, caterers, florists, and more. We’ll work with you to find the perfect matches for your style and budget.
We accept E-transfer at this moment. We do require an initial down payment to hold the date. We will then work with you to create a payment schedule that will work for you.
We will be offering credit card payments starting in January 2024 * please note there will be a 3.3% surcharge
Unfortunately, we do not offer refundable deposits due to turning down other couples once your date is booked in.
We understand that plans can change. If your wedding date shifts, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, depending on our availability and the commitments made to vendors.
You will be as involved as you want to be! Some couples prefer to be hands-on with every detail, while others may want to step back and let us handle the logistics. We’re here to support you in whatever way works best for you.
Yes! We are now offering tear down services for all events.
